Three interviews will be held. First one would be with the recruiter. Second one will be with two facility administrators in other places. Third one will be with the facility administrator who you will work for.

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
