Applied on line. Arranged for phone interview with the recruiter via emails. Positive interview with recruiter who then arranged phone interview with director of operations. Positive interview with director of operations. Recruiter arranged F2F interview with local manager at job-site. I met with local manager and nurse manager. Felt like they were going through the motions - lukewarm interview - left feeling like they already had someone else in mind.

Asked a couple of the usual behavioral questions. "Tell me about a time that you brought an idea to the team and your idea was actually implemented." And asked the typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. Nothing unexpected.
