First, I spoke with a recruiter, and then I was asked to interview in person with the Facility Administrator and Social Worker the following week. Everyone I spoke with was amazing. It came across that people really enjoy being a part of the DaVita Village, and made me want to be a part of it also.

Why DaVita?
Talk about a difficult patient, and how you responded.
First one was a. call with recruiter and 2 interview was with the clinic FA and team lead and more higher ups. The interview was almost a hour via zoom.
Apply, recruiter phone interview, forward resume to hiring manager, hiring manager and additional staff from dept of choice video/ in person interview, job offer.

Very easy going. Professional. Wanted to really get to know me and how I see myself with the company. Very informative information about the job position, expectations, and leadership. I was even able to shadow a social worker before accepting the position.
