The process is thorough and includes: HR screening interview, interviews with peer regional operation directors and the hiring manager, a case study interview by finance leadership and finally an interview with the Group VP

Entrevista
After initial phone calls I had a panel zoom interview, very organized, friendly but direct. Introductions followed by questions and finalized with description of next steps and the timing they anticipated for filling the role.

Entrevista
Initial phone screener, followed up by another phone interview from the person you would be working under, followed up by a day full of interviews in the corporate office, you will meet with around 5-10 people total.
Process lasted for 2 weeks , when I made it to the final interview stage with just a few candidates left, the panel interview, which included my potential boss, stated that while I had the relevant experience, I didn't have it on the scale they were looking for. Not sure why they wasted my time, advancing me through interviews if they thought that I was underqualified. They asked me if I would be interested in a role that was one step below the one I was interviewing for. A week later I followed up, and they stated they had nothing in the area to offer at this time. Disorganized to say the least.

Basic rundown, one of the easiest interviews I've ever had. Not a single question that I was asked was difficult to answer.
