The interview process at DXC Technology typically begins with an initial resume screening followed by a phone or video call with HR to assess your background and interest in the role. For early-career or campus hires, an online assessment may follow, which includes aptitude, logical reasoning, English comprehension, and basic coding or computer fundamentals. Next, candidates go through one or two technical interview rounds that focus on data structures, algorithms, databases, and project experience. For experienced professionals, the coding test may be skipped, and the process moves directly to technical and behavioral rounds. The final HR round evaluates soft skills, cultural fit, and availability. Successful candidates receive an offer, and the onboarding process begins. The entire process can take about 1–3 weeks depending on the role.

The interview process consisted of multiple stages. It began with an initial screening/assessment round to evaluate technical knowledge and aptitude. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked questions related to core subjects such as programming, data structures, databases, and problem-solving. The interviewer also discussed my academic background and projects.
