Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en DXC Technology (Taguig) en sep 2024
Entrevista
The Recruiter/Sourcer reached out to me via phone call, got an interview schedule through online. Then another interview with the HR business partner lead. For the final interview, I went to their office in Taguig. Then after a few days I got another invitation for another final interview with the site director. After that, I followed up for the results numerous times but I never got any feedback

Entrevista
After the application was submitted, I received an email that I was selected for interviews. Brief phone interview with recruiter (15-20 minutes), virtual interview with hiring manager (30 minutes), and an additional virtual interview hiring manager and team (45 minutes - 60 minutes). The process took about 3 weeks to complete. I really enjoyed the enthusiasm of the recruiter and the entire team and felt confident about my interview.
After my final interview (on a Friday afternoon), I received an email later that evening from the recruiter to setup time to discuss the outcome of the final interview for the next day (Saturday - which was not their typical working hours so I found it odd, but was excited to hear if they were moving forward). Saturday morning approached (less than 24 hours from the final interview) and I was verbally offered the job, I was thrilled and accepted.
The recruiter shared that everything would go out for approvals, and she didn't foresee any issues and I could probably see the offer letter by the following Friday.
I never do this and know better - but due to urgent family matters that needed my attention I put in my resignation 2-week notice at my employer, with hopes that would allow me time to tend to my family matters until I started at DXC.
A week went by and I was told approvers were out on vacation so the offer letter had not been officially approved but would come, then two, three, four weeks went by and no letter. I continued to follow-up with the recruiter and hiring manager, the hiring manager gave me her number to text/call for updates when I told them that I had put in my notice.
Then a month later I was told via text the position was no longer going to be filled... and I was unemployed for nearly five months.
It is embarrassing the amount of trust I placed in this company, and even more embarrassing to post that I left a job prematurely.
However, I felt necessary to share this experience so that someone else does not put that same trust in the company without waiting for all the steps to be completed.
