Interview process was challenging. Initial interview with senior manager, then lightening round chats with colleagues the role interacts with, then eventually discussion with direct manager. Informed that they were turning over to recruiting for an offer. Waited 3+ weeks for offer. Working with recruiting team was VERY challenging. Mostly felt like a black hole not conducive to highly competitive market. I declined offer. Fair offer for role, but I had others that were higher while waiting for recruiters to get their act together. Also concerned with corporate reputation and didn't think offer good enough to negate concerns.
