The whole recruitment process took a few weeks starting from my application to an assessment centre. My whole experience overall would have been positive if they had not failed to contact me after attending their assessment centre to tell me I was not going to get a job offer. I initially did a psychometric test - it was pretty average in terms of difficulty. I was then invited to do a telephone interview and then shortly after to an assessment centre. A day before the assessment centre I was asked to prepare a presentation about a case study involving the job role I was applying for. The assessment centre experience was generally positive. After the assessment centre, I was never contacted by the company. I tried emailing the recruiter (who was based in bulgaria) but they never replied. I also emailed the company's official graduate recruitment email address and once again I did not get a reply. I am still waiting to hear back from them 6 months after my interview.
