My first round was a telephonic round at DXC office. There were about 5-6 people in the panel. Series of questions were asked regarding my previous work experience. It was very difficult to understand the questions, you would not understand if they are asking you a question or saying something to you. It looked like they were not interested in the interview, One of the interviewer phone was ringing and other employee continued with his question. When I asked interviewer to repeat the question as I was unable to hear him clearly his tone changed. It looked like they didnt have much Idea about he role. When I asked How would the growth be in this company, They didnt give a proper answer.
