The initial phone interview was a great experience. However, after several weeks of waiting I was told the position never existed since they had hired too many for that level. Then, I was told there was a hiring manager very interested in my experience who wanted to speak with me in a couple weeks. The day of the interview came, and the hiring manager reached out to me a HALF HOUR before our appointment by email and said I was not a fit so he was cancelling. After all of this, the recruiter ghosted me and I did not receive any feedback. The job descriptions on their website are so vague and general that it is literally impossible to understand what you are applying for and where you might fit. No specific technologies or responsibilities are listed. I am very disappointed in DXC recruiting who truly wasted months of my time.
