Very easy and casual interview process. 1. Submit CV (reviewed by someone internally) 2. Coding test in your choice of language (Python, Java, JavaScript). You are given a week to write some code and submit it to GitHub. 3. Interview with 2 senior developers. There was a really long gap between submitting my coding test and getting feedback which is my only negative. Final interview was focused on skills with only 4 questions and covering various relevant skills.

Asked to cover how you approached the coding test and then also some general questions focused on the person specification.
Initial screening and test (no coding). Then group discussion + presentation. Couple of different candidates during discussion and presentations. Lasted approx 2hours. Then online interview assessing behaviours. Okay experience. Pipeline wasn't too long.
