The first phone interview was with a recruiter, she then left the company and about a month later another recruiter repeated a phone interview, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Next was an onsite interview which was 2-3 hours and totally scripted. There was no conversation, it was all scripted behavioral questions with multiple folks. After that there was multiple requests to take this online test and that one and multiple requests for references. The seemed a little disorganized.... They kept leading me on like they were very interested. Meanwhile there was excuse after excuse such as well we have one more candidate to bring in, etc. etc. 2-3 months later I was invited back for another on site interview with the new hiring manager. It lasted maybe 30 minutes and she told me direct "I don't know why they brought you back in". Wow could you just kick my butt out the door a little more politely? Anyway even after that I was requested to take more online assessments. Some time went by and I heard nothing, then I followed up and basically was told it was given to someone else. I was told I was too nice and there are difficult people there that nice folks would struggle to deal with. I found this really funny cause if they think they are have difficult people maybe they need to try a new management style, you know a nice one. I suggest you all read 'How to Win Friends and Influence People'. Nice really works when it is genuine! And face it there are difficult people everywhere, it's how you choose to react to them that can make the difference. Within a couple of days multiple more openings became available for the same job. My assessment is they strung me along to meet requirements for minorities...see we considered this minority for a long time.... I think the company is awesome but the recruiting process does tell a lot about a company.

Had two phone interviews. Very positive and professional. I was also interviewed on site. The interview lasted all day. Most of the questions were standard behavioral type. The company was very concerned about keeping the same culture and seems to be struggling with growing fast. Some of the interviewers were not experienced and just read scripted questions.
