It was a group of 3 guys for the interview panel. They asked 8 questions and wanted responses in the STAR format, the questions were not industrial, just basic and could be applied to any work experience. The guys were very nice and made me feel more comfortable as i was very nervous. We were even making jokes, and they gave me a bottle of water. The entire thing lasted about 45 minutes and i was able to ask questions about the job at the end. I did have to wait 3 months before i got my job offer from them though, which was kinda nerve wracking waiting that long. But in the end everything worked out and the pay is Great!
