Three rounds of interviews over a span of 3 weeks. Interviews happened during COVID-19, so were all phone interviews with a panel of at least 2 people for each interview. First was with hiring manager and the client that the role will primarily serve. 2nd interview was with two senior people in the department and last interview was a case study (MBA style cases -market entry/Growth opportunities) and then a Q&A after.
HR checked in with me throughout the process and very engaged and transparent.

Self recorded video interview of 3 questions with no human interaction. Felt a bit sterile and was difficult to prepare for given no context into the types of questions that would be asked.

Two full interviews were scheduled and conducted before an official offer was presented; One was with the manager who I would be reporting directly to and the next interview was scheduled with their manager

Two interviews one technical over the phone with several technical guys and a team lead. Then a final one in person with a VP and MD that was more generic and not technical.
