The process started fine. Talent Acquisition scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. They rescheduled due to a surprise inspection, which I accommodated. When I later requested to reschedule due to a family emergency, I received no response. About a week later, the same TA person messaged me on Indeed encouraging me to apply. I replied that I had already applied and reiterated my request to reschedule. Again, no response. The next morning I received an automated rejection email. Overall, this felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you value basic communication and follow through, proceed with caution.
