I applied for the position online then a few days later I received an email to schedule an interview. I scheduled the interview for the following week. I did the first round of interviews with the Director and was told 2-3 weeks to conduct the first rounds of interview. From the first interview I felt like the role wasn't a good fit for me so I wasn't disappointed with the lack of communication.
