First part of the selection process is a group interview where you take two different tests and get to ask questions / network at the end. First test is reading comprehension, second test is speed / reaction. They have snacks and drinks out for the networking part. Second round is a one on one interview with the people you would be working with, they ask you about your background and insterests. Third round was yet another skills test....
