It was one of the worst interviews I have ever faced. The interview process was orgainized into two stages: 1) The HR interview 2) Technical interview During the HR interview, I was told that I would receive a response within a week, but it took more than a week to get an invitation for the technical interview. The position which I applied for is a Java developer position, however the person interviewed me is a C developer. He told me that he has limited knowledge on Java. He did not ask any technical questions. The camera which he used during the interview was like a CCTV camera, I could barely see him. Again, I was told that I would receive a response within a week. However, I did not receive any response even when I wrote an email to update me about the status. Finally, I called the HR and I was told that they would need some more time to respond. Later, I received a rejection without any description about the reason for that. Conclusion: The comany should be responsible to respond within the agreed time, and proper persons should be alloted to take the technical interviews. I wonder how the interviewer who had limited Java knowledge can conduct an interview for the Java developer position.
