Head of company reached out with a new job opening, I had a quick phone interview and take home technical assessment. After all of this, I was invited for an on site interview. I flew out to the HQ at my own expense for the interviews (lasted about 2-3 hours). A week later I received an offer which was just too low to accept (think about 30k below the average starting salary).
