After being asked to create and send in a detailed proposal, I didn’t receive any follow-up/feedback. I had to reach out myself a week later to ask if my work had even been received. I was told they had it and would get back to me, but they never did. This lack of communication felt unprofessional and disrespectful of the time and effort candidates put in.
