I initially had a prescreen call with the HR Generalist then had the first-round interview with the Hiring Manager (CRO). I made it to the final round with both the CRO and CEO. Due to local government COVID restrictions, the whole process was done virtually.

The first round was mainly going through my education and previous work experiences. I also really liked how the questions incorporated my personal background and life experiences. It made me feel like the company is really interested in getting to know their potential employees, professionally and personally. The second round was mostly focused on the present and recent achievements and what my expectations were for the role and organization.
