The 30 minute initial interview was scheduled with a recruiter and I was sent a Teams link. I was given the name and position of the interviewer in the invitation. When I logged on, there were actually three interviewers. Their questions were good, but a little more advanced compared to other initial interviews I had done. Overall I was a bit caught off guard by these things, and felt the portfolio project they asked about wasn’t my strongest, but didn’t feel like anything was too out of left field.
