The interview process with DLL was seem less. They did a great job of giving multiple times to chose from for the virtual interview. The team leads I interviewed with were very thorough describing the job and DLL's values.

Normal standard interview Long process in getting back to you, infact they did not get back to me. I had to chase and chase. Waste of time, does not matter about experience it's all about if you face fits. HR process is slow need to hire more staff as cannot keep up with the amount of recruitment agency's they work with. Hence couple of agencies have told me they have to have conference calls with 15 recruitment agencies at 1 phone call. Contradict themselves, had an open day and said don't need team leader experience for assistant team leader role however only experience team leaders were getting the role. Offered me a role after a month and half and I declined as by then i found another position. Take too long then good people will go elsewhere. Be quicker HR!!!
