I first did a phone screening. At the end of the screening I was invited to take tests on my grammar, spelling, filing, and Microsoft Word abilities. A week or so later I was invited to an in-person interview. I interviewed with the Manager of Secretarial Services. After speaking with her I spoke with two Project Team Coordinators. The whole interview was laid back. I received an email the next day saying they wanted to move forward to the offer stage. After completing a background check and employment verification I got my offer.
