It was a three-interview process which started with an outsourced employment agency, im assuming is assigned to DLA Piper, who gave me a set of instructions for a test that evaluates my capability to use Microsoft office (esp. excel) and my grammar skills. The first interview is by phone with the employment agency, then you get invited the firm to meet with an HM who will ask you a series of questions in a very nice conference room. The last interview was with two of the partners i was mainly going to be doing work with, a paralegal, a section leader, and the HM from the second interview. Initially it was intimidating meeting this large group of people who you may possibly be working with on a daily basis but they were very welcoming and professional. They are a huge firm with a huge amount of employees so the panel with the wide variety of individuals was necessary. The three interviews were completely fairly quickly. I received my first interview two weeks after applying and i went through all three interviews within a week and a half. The pay offered was fairly low.
