Three stages: 1:1 interview, group exercise and a individual presentation. Definitely the most comfortable I've ever felt in interview. -my interviewer really wanted to get to see if I would be a good fit for the firm. Appreciated this 1:1 component far more than any other firm I interviewed for (who tend to stick to the set questions)

I can only speak to my own interview, but the partner did away with formulaic question - they actually just wanted to have a normal chat and gauge me from that.
