I had a really amazing experience when interviewing for this role. The two ladies who conducted y interview were very tentative, friendly and made me feel very at ease. I had to sit a test for half an hour with basic spelling and grammar with some scenario questions and how I would best handle these situations. Competency based questions followed and then basic questions about my notice period, salary etc.
