The interview was a two-part process. First I did a brief interview about myself and my qualifications etc, then I did a Skype demo class one week later.
Both were very straightforward. I was given the material for the demo ahead of time. My interview and demo were conducted by the same people, but I know this isn't always the case.

Entrevista
Very easy interview process. After submitting my cover letter and resume I spoke with two members of the HR department over Skype. I was then invited to teach a one hour "demo" SAT class (again, over Skype). They provided me with the SAT questions to cover during my demo class about a week in advance.

Honestly, I don't think anything was that challenging during the interview. Their were a couple of hidden tricks in the SAT passages they gave me.
