Applied through their website and had a recruiter reach out a few months later. The non-technical screen with the recruiter was really pleasant. I enjoyed the talk. However it was downhill from there, the technical screen on skype seemed very rushed, the interviewer seemed bored the whole time and it was fairly short (20 minutes). I followed up with the company a few times and was told that they would reach out with a decision within the week. It has now been almost a month. Safe to say they won't be reaching out with a final decision/rejection. No closure at all.
