I participated in a phone interview, and then an in-person interview, and then I had to do at-home assessments for logic and culture-fit. After the assessments I was declined. I asked for feedback, and was told that I was well liked, that there was no specific feedback for me to work on, and the issue was just that there were more experienced applicants.

Received one phone interview that felt positive. Had decent communication with the interviewer before, during, and after the interview. Was sent an extremely apathetic rejection email from the interviewer (like I had just sent a resume) with no explanation or personality.

My interview process was great at first; I had a phone call with a recruiter, and then an interview with the managers of the team I would be working with. During this time, my initial recruiter left, and I was promised that a new person would be working with me. After the second interview, I was promised that the new recruiter would contact me by the next Friday (around a week and a half away), to tell me whether or not I was moving on in the process. As you can probably tell, they did not contact me by that deadline, and because the recruiter switched halfway through, I had no contact information for them.
While oversights sometimes happen in large companies, this felt really unprofessional and a little disrespectful. I was promised two things: first, that the new recruiter would stay in contact and take care of my application, and second, that I would be contacted at a certain point in time. Neither of those promises were met.
