The interviewing itself is quite easy, and the various folks I've met were incredibly friendly and joyful to talk to. The interview process however is where it needs some attention to highlight some gaps that they should review. The process seems to be broken given the length it took for DISH to make a decision. The recruitment process included through the entire interview loop (5 interviews, 4 screening exams, 3 referral checks, background check). Found out about next steps 3 weeks after the interview loop was complete.
