Three tests, three reference checks, college transcripts and multiple rounds of interviews up to Chairman level. Very thorough and a good challenge to get through it all. After all of the hoops you jump through when you get inside you know everyone around you went through a very similar process. Culture fit is key and others wash out from the same role because they were not a good fit. A lot of respect for the thoroughness of the interview process.
