Entrevista
One of the first things a candidate is required to do is take an aptitude test. It seems the testing Dish does may be one of the sole sources for making a decision on hiring potential employees. They will not consider a candidate who does not "pass" these assessments. There was a series of three tests before my first in-person interview.
