Applied online. Took the two hour assessment test which i thought was a little crazy but if that is what they require, so be it. Got a phone interview a couple of days later asking about experience and job history and then I was scheduled for a one on one interview. Interview was basicly a follow up of the phone interview and then i was sent for a drug test
