I applied online. Then was sent an online exam, where I was tested about three things; math, grammar/words, and social media. Then about 2-3 weeks later, I was contacted for an interview. First guy asked simple questions about my resume and then later scheduled one with his supervisor. Supposedly you make it after 3 interviews, but I didn't make it that far.
