They are letting the supervisors do the interviews and there is no realguidelines its all anout how they feel about you. The ism will come in after the sup its really the same they will ask how you feel about doing 50 hours a week. Make sure you are ok with that, be assertive ask questions and you will be fine. Then you will go to hr they will ask some basic questions and you will be on your way.

LoL, for me the ism asked me if I remembered the sups name and I had to own it and say no. I still got the job there is no apparent script but that was over a year ago.

Entrevista
Long process. Internet application and testing. Long wait to hear back. Intensive interview, felt I was grilled extensively by HR & Sales Team Leader for an hour or more. They left the room for a long time, I felt I was being watched on camera, then came back and offered me the job.

They will ask about every past employer in detail and will ask situational sales situations and how you would respond. They want to know how you will respond to non-stop calling for hours on end.

Entrevista
Had a phone interview asking basic compatability questions. In person interview based on background. On site drug screening. Computer simulation in open area. Watched people in suits getting interviewed by managers in jeans and polo shirts. You can get the job if you can communicate and can pass a drug screening.
