The hiring manager asked very inquistive questions based on my customer service skills (which I admittedly lack for I’ve never been in a customer service role). Questions based on how well I handle the stress of rude customers (I’ve dealt with a lot in the construction field).

It was very forward and very interesting thought me things about the company and told me what to expect from them was a very good phone call explained how the job is day by day and what todo on the job site and how training works
