Phone interview, cognitive assessment and then brought in for 2 more assessments (Watson-Glaser and Wonderlic) and in person interview on same day. Interview went well, not a lot of word thereafter. Response was 2 weeks to say I was a finalist. Another 5 weeks go by (checking refs, transcripts as well as trying to implement a new process), then saying that I have an offer (verbal first, then written 4 days later).
