Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en DISH (Denver, CO) en may 2012

      Entrevista

After meeting with a screening recruiter, my information was passed along to the manager in charge of hiring. It was about a week later when I was contacted for an interview. At the interview, I took a variety of personality/intelligence/critical thinking tests prior to meeting with my interviewer. She was very professional and asked me about my work history and experience. Interview questions were fairly standard--nothing out of left field. Immediately after the interview, I was scheduled to meet with the next manager up the food chain. That interview was just a few days later, so not much of a wait. I was given a timeline for their hiring process, and was told they hoped to have someone hired even earlier than that. Unfortunately, there wasn't much contact between the second interview and the offer. I actually contacted them and was informed that I was going to be offered the position, and then I had to wait a few days to receive the official offer. There were a few documents I had to fill out online, and then I had a week of onboarding/orientation before I jumped into my job full-time.

      Pregunta 1

The most difficult part was the assessment--the questions made me feel stupid! It was a lot of analytical and mathematical problems using stuff I haven't studied since middle school.
