The Wonderlic test is for testing whether you are conservative or liberal (economically). Most of the questions are true and false. The team portion was about organizing if/ else statements and communication, so like a 4 person coding session. The manager portion is more architectural and background in nature, but it did not seem well organized so it may vary by person.
