Included a visit to Denver, 6 interviews, transcript submission, a recorded cover letter and 3 exams. I was extremely impressed with DISH's interview process until they had to get back to candidates with a yes/no following their extensive and rigorous interviews. They gave themselves an extremely generous (5 weeks) window to respond to potential employees, yet had numerous candidates waiting 8 weeks to be told they went in another direction. For a company that portrayed themselves so well, many people were very disappointed in their lack of punctuality and lack of communication after the final interviews.
