Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en DISH (Denver, CO) en feb 2018
Entrevista
Phone screen with recruiter followed by online skill/intelligence assessment. Recruiter was nice but when asked about culture and current employee retention levels including the '9am all employee time clock thing' she could only mutter a standard response.
Took an online assessment that was easy but never heard back. Kind of happy this didn't work out given the consistently poor reviews and talent exodus.

Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en DISH (Englewood, CO) en may 2011
Entrevista
I had a 30 minute phone interview while Dish Network through the university career center with the hiring manager and a second person. He passed along my information to the HR person who conducted a short phone interview and set me up to complete 3 hours worth of testing. The testing is cross between and IQ test and the GMAT. It is composed of several sections - word problems, logic problems, graphic/patterns, language comprehension and basic grammar.
The testing is intense because it is timed. You have 3 minutes to answer each question and NO opportunity to go back and review your answers or complete unfinished sections. There is no opportunity to pause a testing module once it has begun.
The in person interviews were pretty basic stuff. The second interview with the hiring manager was via Skype. Once I read the employee reviews of Dish Network I was a lot less interested in the position so I wasn't unhappy when they didn't advance me to the next round.
