Applied online. A recruiter from DISH contacted me set up a phone interview. We set up the interview and the recruiter called me. He immediately told me that there was no position available but that DISH was advertising for accounting personnel so when positions became available they would have a number of personnel to pick from who had already gone through the interview process. They still have the advertisement online. Kind of a bait and switch form of recruiting but something I understand recruiting companies do so I guess it is just a matter of time until large corporations start doing it too.
