Entrevista
A person from HR contacted me by phone and the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. I was told after the interview that I was a perfect fit for the job and would be contacted within the end of the week to move forward. It's been Two weeks later and haven't heard anything back not even a letter by email stating that I couldn't work for the company after all. I have a record back in 1993 for calling the police for a ride home but the fine was paid and charges dropped so I'm not sure why this would have been a problem but it was I guess.

Have you ever worked in customer service before and if so can you mention a time you had to deal with a rude customer, why do you want to work for the company, do you have a building to store supplies, and why did you leave your last job?
I had a virtual interview with Tim out of Knoxville, TN. We had a good conversation and it seemed to go well. He was very informative about the company and the position
Regular what would you do in this situation type of interview. Fairly simple wouldn’t say anything out of the ordinary, just basic how would you feel with irate customer questions.

Phone interview then one on one interview with operation manager and they said they will have an recruiter contact me but I was wondering do they only contact you if you are hired or even if they don’t give you the job with will be common curiosity
