Entrevista
The process took 12 weeks. Multiple delays and excuses on why the process took so long. This should have been an indication of the problems with the department.

Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en DISH (Houston, TX) en ene 2018
Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by their recruiter for a phone screen. The recruiter didn't ask a lot of questions during the phone screen, but provided an in-depth overview of the position. She told me the next steps would be to complete their online SAT-like aptitude assessment, then if chosen, I would interview with the hiring manager. I've seen this position open quite a few times over the years. After speaking with the recruiter, I understand why. The salary range is $55-65k to run a training center in Houston and oversee the technician training that takes place there. I would have a staff of 4-5 reporting to me and would need to make myself available until 7pm every evening, at least by phone, handle issues around trainees travel that sometimes occur on Sundays, though not all issues would be escalated to me, and be prepared to travel 50% (25% local and 25% national, mostly to headquarters in Denver). I can't see many people who would agree to this many responsibilities and that level of travel for such a pitiful salary. It told me everything I need to know about how little Dish values learning and development leaders. I withdrew from the position. This role should be re-titled "Operations Manager".
