First a phone Interview and an online survey of weird and strange questions. The questions were obviously made up by someone at Dish. Next, I was invited to attend a "Open House" It was a bizarre group interview at their "Grand Central Office", they failed to open the door and we had to wait in the sun for 5 minutes. Then, they gave us all name tags and ushered us though an open space and invited some of the people working to talk to us.
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. It felt like a cattle call, be prepared to try and get the attention of some of the workers. I drove over an hour for the group interview; downtown parking cost $15 and they do not validate. They failed to mention any of this.
