Process took a couple of weeks. Interview first with in a phone interview , than interview with SDR Managers, than interview with SDR Director- both in person. DISCO was great about keeping up the communication and gave me regular updates about the hiring process.

Entrevista
The interviewer first postponed the interview last minute. When the actual interview took place I had the impression she had no idea about the questions she was simply reading out of a script. She clearly want familiar with the role and we couldnt have a conversation about it but simply answer questions she ignored the meaning
This was a 3 round process - two phone screenings and one 2 hour video interview with 3 different employees. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes the process feel as it is more of a conversation each step of the way.

There were three rounds of interviews, the first two rounds were phone calls, and the final round of interviews were the lengthiest and conducted over zoom. The interview process was very straightforward and transparent. I always knew when I would hear back from DISCO during the interview process, which is a courtesy most companies do not give interviewees.
