The interview process was very simple. It was with one of the assistant managers. Basic questions were asked at the first interview. Then you took a personality quiz.
At the second interview was with the general manager of the store. The questions were more in depth and the answers had to also be more in depth.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Interview process was very simple, asked about 7-10 questions. Highly focused on customer service. Asked questions such as "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "Give an example of overcoming a hardship."
"Describe a time you made a suggestion for change."

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
