Contact with HR, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. I was told by HR there are 3 stages in the interviewing process: prescreening, hiring manager, technical interview, and maybe a group interview with the team.

The Hiring Manager had no clue what questions to ask and base his conclusion on likability. He has been in this role for less than a few months and he admitted his very first interviewing. General conversation and no actual technical questions. I inquired about a technical interview and he at the time had not given it much thought.
A coding assessment ( python, SQL) , a 1.5 hr technical panel interview, 45 min call with the manager, this was the final round. The whole process took 3 weeks
At home test covering SQL and Python then reviewing it with current employees. Was helpful and they were nice.
Questions weren’t overly difficult but the time limit made you think fast.
