It is an easy interview process when I applied to Sporting Goods. Two interviews with two different managers. It was not bad, I talked about sports and leadership. At the end of the second interview, they tell you if you get the job.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Interview process was very simple, asked about 7-10 questions. Highly focused on customer service. Asked questions such as "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "Give an example of overcoming a hardship."
"Describe a time you made a suggestion for change."

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
